What can I do about not getting my refund back?

I placed an order back in July for some clothes on a website. Roughly £250. No delivery came… I kept chasing them and they kept saying it was coming…. Got to end of august snd I told them to cancel the order and refund me, they said they would. I have sent countless emails and FB messages and they keep saying ‘give me to the end of the week’ or ‘your refund will be processed shortly’. No sign of my refund. What can I do? Is there any where I can take this to get help?

Chargeback through the bank?

You can make a dispute through your bank. I’m with Barclays. If you have online banking it is very easy to do, my money got refunded within a couple of days.

How did you pay? And who did you order from? Did you check they were compliant with the Consumer Contract Regulations before purchasing if not a known retailer?

Did you use PayPal?

I used my credit card. I think Tesco one. So give them a call? Didn’t think about that

If you used a credit card then it should be quite an easy process
