I have a child contact order in my favour and a prohibited steps order loads have happened over the year domestic violence harassment the list goes on. My son now 11 decided he wanted to stay with his dad social services got involved as I had concerns and his dad had told them I mentally abuse my son and i physically abused him this is not true and the case was closed my son has had a hard time over last few years with behaviour and I was being a normal mom telling him off taking things off him as discipline. He didn't seem to care and on contact one weekend decided he didn't want to come home and hasn't returned it's heartbreaking and I'm trying to make contact via social media now last night he told me he does want to come back home to see me but his dad is telling he can't betray him and he to tell me I can only see him in a contact centre now I know this is his dads manipulation and narcissistic side coming out he actually has no papers my son is only there bcuz he told social that he wanted to be but this is no longer the case and my son feels like he can't tell his dad he wants to see me. There's so much that's happened over the years I can't say everything but any advise would be great also my son has confided in me and told he is not feeling himself and wants help with his behaviour which I'm 100% supportive of but his dad won't allow me to see him to sort this out. Ppl will say it's a civil matter but I've been to court twice both in my favour never helped me one bit and I really can't afford to go back . Any advice would be great please
