Pet Insurance Advice

Hello,
I’m wondering if someone can give me some advice please. My cat recently had an accident, she is insured with Animal Friends, I’ve just heard back from them asking for more information.
Basically, my vets address is different to the insurance address, so the vet bill is in my name and my current address and not my old address which the insurance was taken out at.
Does this affect my policy cover?
I haven’t replied yet, as I’m worried they may not pay out.
Basically, would this invalidate my insurance?

Thanks!

My experience is that animal fuckers -as I call them are well known for not paying out if they can .
And pet insurance is like car insurance based on your postcode and the breed of dog
If your old address is cheaper to insure they could say that the policy is invalid as you would have been paying a higher premium
Same as if you insured your car at location A but moved to location C and didn’t tell them they could refuse to pay out
