Hi all just wanted some advice although I will try to contact Hermes tomorrow work allowing.
I returned a parcel via Hermes collection to next on Monday. I pay for the yearly delivery and collection with next. The parcel has still not arrived with next. I checked on Hermes and it says we have your parcel for next but it has not moved along to the next point on the site which is delivered. I have checked on my next account and next have not received it.
I will phone next tomorrow but does this make me liable for the cost of the parcel? There is no proof of what I have returned just the barcoded card from Hermes.
I hate Hermes I wish I had take it myself.
