How common are Sears Tooth arrangements?

NC for this. I'm a bit concerned my ex will get one of these agreements to keep fighting our divorce to the 3rd hearing. I'll be unlikely to get one, as it'll be him getting the big payout. How common are they?

And is there any way of me finding out if he gets one?

I'm not a legal person. But I know it has to be disclosed to the court but I don't know if you'd be informed. Ring the court and ask them. Cheaper than asking your solicitor. If you know which solicitor he is using, you could ring them, pretending to be someone else and enquire if they do them. A solicitor would only agree to it if he were sure there was going to be a sufficient payout. (Sorry!)
