How likely is it that a judge would increase supervised contact that currently takes place fortnightly to weekly? Without a section 7 being ordered and no final recommendation for contact, as well as domestic abuse findings being made against said parent requesting the increase in contact?
Resident parent opposes the increase because they work full time, child goes to nursery 5 days a week, long hours, there's significant distance between RP and NRP, live in different county's and child is already settled into their routine and increase in interim contact would not allow resident parent and child a full weekend together ever.
What are the chances of an increase?
