Property Lawyer..

Can anyone recommend a good, sharp, highly experienced property lawyer. It's concerning a friend of mine. She rented out 2 large properties. Correct referencing not done resulting in 2 large cannabis factories costing over £100,000 damage. It was in the news and police were involved. The company is a large, well known estate agent/block management company.
The company is showing as dormant at Companies House yet clearly trading on a large scale - tax avoidance? The owner (who has been heavily slated) by another government body) is refusing to involve his insurers - possibly because the paperwork is dodgy and correct procedures were not followed. She is wondering, in this case, if she can sue him personally. Clearly registering the company as dormant is an attempt to evade responsibility.
She has gone through the obvious routes e.g. Arla, citizen's advice etc but they are toothless.
She needs to go heavily in via the legal route.
Any recommendations would be appreciated.

You need a commercial law specialist, not property law. This is a contract law dispute.

I can recommend Freeths.
