Absolutely pulling my hair out here. Ex doesn't pay CSA, the debt is pretty high but he works cash in hand and has started his own business. Child maintenance service have all the evidence and information but how long does it take to reach HMRC.
Has anyone ever been a a similar situation and actually known the tax man to catch up with people not declaring there wages.
