Cost of making a will

LakieLady · 20/08/2021 12:19

Can anyone give me an idea of roughly how much it would cost to make a will?

I want to leave most of my estate in trust to my late partner's granddaughter, but would also make a few specific bequests.

Thanks.

I paid £300 for mirror wills for me and DH. Some specific bequests, and a slightly awkward thing with one of our biggest assets

Plus £30 a year to store the will at the nation will place.

We charge £250 + VAT. No charge for storage.

Thanks @Spindlewhorl 😊
OP I charge £200 (exempt from VAT) for a single, standard will.

It’s £300 for a couple.
