Post charge bail

It's a long story but I'll get to the point.

Once a suspect is charged by the Police, does the charge sheet include the current bail conditions? I am also presuming he would have a copy of the charge sheet, is that correct?

I asked the Police to email me a copy of the bail conditions, as it affects other issues but they said it's not possible, however they told me over the phone.

The suspect would have been given a copy of their charge sheet with any bail conditions. They would also have signed to accept them. Unless they refused which would have been noted down.

If the persons charged refused to accept bail conditions then they should have been denied bail and placed before the court
