Details of covenants etc

I’ve bought and downloaded the title plan and register for some land nearby, and there is reference to “rights granted” and “restrictive covenants” but no details. How do I find more information?

It should state what instrument (deed) created the rights and whether or not a copy is available. If not, you need to show the register to someone legally qualified who may be ale to interpret it for you.
