Is first position statement included in bundle for second child contact session?

First hearing was in April, the second is in a couple of weeks. I don't want to reiterate the wording from the 1st position statement, the broad situation is much the same. Will my first position statement be included in the bundle? Ex's lawyer is putting it together. Thanks.

Your ex's lawyer should send you a list of documents that will be included in the bundle. You can ask for documents to be added or removed.
