Applying for financial order

Hoping somebody can help as my solicitor is in holiday …. Just completing form A and on page 2 it asks to tick the statement that applies. Do I tick “to apply to the court for” or “to proceed with the application in the”???? The Nisi has been issued if that matters.

Also for tick one or more of the following orders do I just tick them all? I want a completely clean break so no spousal maintenance (is that the “periodical payments order” and don’t actually want a child maintenance order but should I tick it anyway?

Thanks

If you're the petitioner then you proceed with the application.

Tick all boxes save for maintenance pending suit. Obviously if you don't have children don't tick the boxes for them.

@Collaborate

Thank you. I’m the respondent in the divorce proceedings but the petitioner for the financial orders. So I tick the “proceed with the application in the divorce”?

No. You’re applying to the court. You’re the applicant not petitioner.
