Hi, I'm just looking for a little bit of an insight.
Currently going through a court custody battle and I'm just wondering if anyone could tell me what's the most common outcome? I say currently the first hearing isn't until October!! Such a back log it is crazy. I'm totally new to this and I'm so scared about the court hearing and what is to come because putting it nicely...My ex partner isn't the easy person to get along with or compromise with. I'm unsure how I put up with him for 4 years!!

Thanks for any insights!

There's no typical really as it will be tailored to the wishes of you both and what is best for your dc. Common arrangements for school age children involve every other weekend plus 1-2 weekdays
