Any advice about what I should take along to the final hearing? I'm a litigant in person with obviously no representation.

We are arranging contact arrangements for holidays : term times and special occasions.

I thought it would be good to take along a suggestive contact pattern which works for my work arrangements printed out in hard copy so easy to visualise from - any thing else I should prepare in advance to take in a bundle for the court and the respondent?

We had:
Proposed timetable
Any amendments eg school holidays, birthdays, Mother’s Day etc.
Any inclusions we wanted in a list eg contact with school/medical to be shared or no contact with XYZ person because they’re dangerous.

What you may find though is that the court asks the respondents solicitor, if they have one, to draft the final order and send it across to you for approval before it’s stamped by the court. So as long as you have the points agreed between you, you actually won’t need that much.

Thank you @Spandang

It's listed for a whole day as we have been unable to agree to any thing so we have no common ground and no agreements moving forward.
