What are important points to get across in a one hour phone consultation about child arrangements? I have an appointment today about my kids and I don't want to forget anything relevant

The most helpful thing is to explain things clearly in the order they happened, and let the solicitor ask what they need.

We are generally pretty good at finding out what we need to know.

Thankyou, I'm writing it down. I have a habit of blocking things out (coping mechanisms) and then I get jumbled and forget things so I'm trying to create a timeline to help me jog my head along.
I'm also not the best on the phone lol
