Jointly owned buy to let - divorce

We have a final finance hearing (divorce) in a few months.

Our buy to let property was managed by an agent but they have said my ex has now taken over the management himself. This was without consulting me.

I want the property sold ASAP after the final court hearing. If we sold before without a court order, he would have sent the money abroad. He didn't agree with the suggestion at the FDA.

Can I do anything now about him talking over the tenancy, the tennants are still there. Also, once the sale is ordered, if he made a yearly agreement with them, can I give early notice for them to leave?

Not worth doing anything about it if you have the final hearing coming up. Make final adjustments at the final hearing to account for CGT and rental income he's kept hold of. Work out what tax you still have to pay on the income, even though you perhaps never received it.
