I know that some family law lawyers look at posts on this section. What's the liklihood of a judge recusing himself from a case? Our first judge is listed for our fact finding. He's absolutely horrific. Treated me like the perpetrator and made a dangerous order.
My barrister said we can make an application for judicial recusal but there's no guarantee he will stand down as it's embarrassing.. Can anyone advise!
