Going through high conflict divorce.Ex has solicitors,I am self representing.firm of solicitors .my exes solicitors have both left the firm and gone on else where.they are still registered as acting solicitors at court.they are unresponsive to emails I am sending.I have called and they have said my husband is moving files to solicitor that has moved to other firm this was 3 months ago. I have not been informed by said solicitor.should they have informed the court.I do not know the service address of the solicitor. does any one know what timescale is allowed when this happens.
