i had my medical appointment sunday, solicitor says it should be 2/3 weeks until my report reaches them as they already have medical records. how quick do you get an offer from the insurance being given your report? or if it’s been delayed how quick did you get your interim payments? how long has everyone’s reports taken and offers given? sorry for all questions and thanks so much

Generally the first offer will be a low one. I had 2 whiplash accidents in 91 and 93 and from memory the first offer was in 95. It was finally settled in 96.
