My DM and step dad made wills that left everything to each other on their deaths, I was made an executor along with SD's son. My DM died several years ago and SD's has also died, I have had no contact with SD for many years. Can SD change the executors and would I be informed if this has happened? He still has a DD who still lives locally so I assume she would now be an executor to replace her DB but I'm not sure if I still am. Hope this makes sense.
