My apologies if this has been asked before, I couldn't find any old threads.
Does anyone know if you sign up for property alerts does the homeowner get notified?

My understanding is they don’t notify the registered owner. Anyone can set up a property alert for any address in England and Wales that is registered.

Alerts for what? Searches?

Thank you for the replies, it's good to know I can take measures to protect my df as he becomes more vulnerable.
Keeping everything crossed I won't need it but you just never know
