Child Arrangements - Final Hearing

My exh child arrangements statement is full of lies, as expected. Do I get to cross examine him at the final hearing? It's listed for 1 day.

He lied to cafcass in front of me so I have evidence to refute those and I will ask to show them at the next meeting tomorrow but keep it brief to focus on the main issues the court have asked for. Should I also raise the other issues from his court statement with cafcass?

Also, some of the issues could be proven by other witness statements but I don't have permission from the court to file these. Should I seek permission, or it's not necessary.

Yes, you will be able to cross examine him at the final hearing.

If his lies are not relevant to the issues, ignore them. The court won't want to waste time on issues that may be important to you but have no bearing on the final decision.

If you want to file witness statements you need permission from the court and you must share the statements with him before the hearing. Again, consider their relevance to the issues the court needs to determine.
