DD dad took me to court for access to our daughter. Court agreed set contact. How long until I get a copy of the court order in the post? It's been 3 weeks.

I would follow it up and call, they are busy, but that is a long time

I’m going through a similar thing. Everything seems to be so drawn out and take so long. It’s all really stressful. Were CAFCASS involved throughout? If so, maybe you could call them to ask for a copy. Does your solicitor have a copy of the letter? They may get sent it first before it is sent in to you.

I doubt Cafcass will have a copy either. Courts are taking ages to get orders drawn up round my way. Months in some cases.
