Barring Order

I was wondering if anyone has any info on S.91 (14) barring orders.
Me and my ex have have an order stopping us going to court as my ex kept issuing applications.

The bar lasted 3 years and has now expired. My ex has been in contact saying that he will be issuing a court application shortly for our children.

Does anyone have any experience in these? Is there a different process for court proceedings after a barring order has been expired

Now that the order has expired he is free to apply in the normal way. He no longer needs to get the court's permission to make an application.

Thank you. I thought that was the case but couldn’t find a lot online. Guess I’ll look out for the application then
