Committal Application – Family Court

Does anyone know what the number of the form is for a committal Application for the family court.

This is for

  1. breach of an arrestable occupation order
  2. Contempt of court for untrue statements
  3. Not certain if I can include this – have a non-molestation undertaking that has not been abided by

Do I need to ask the court permission to do a committal application ?

Police are telling me as he is not outside the house right at this second they will not deal with it, so my only options is to go back to the courts myself. Do not have money for a solicitor

As far as I'm aware you can forget about point 2. That, I understand, is a matter for the judge to refer to the CPS (though someone may come along to correct me).

I think the form you're looking for is N78.

Haha! Point 2 as above. False statements given to family court are so routine it doesn’t matter. I can evidence mine in black and white but that doesn’t matter. It’s a Micky mouse court.

Can’t you apply for legal aid as you have a non-molestation order?

The judges listen to both sides. They weigh everything up. If you need to put forward a better case, and argue against "lies", employ a barrister.
