Is there anyone available that Has knowledge and understanding of personal injury claims that could advise me if I am being poorly advised by the solicitor advising me.
I don’t want to put the issue on a public forum as knowing my luck, the defender will be on here.

It's very difficult to advise on specifics without access to the full file, so it would depend what the problem was as to whether anybody could help.
