I am applying for probate online as executor but can't get pass the 'payment section'. It keeps saying 'sorry we are experiencing technical problems - try again in a few minutes'. The trouble is this has been going on for 5 days! I phoned Friday and they said it would be sorted out in a couple of hours. I am wondering if my application is somehow 'stuck' and whether I need to start another online application from scratch.
Is anyone else having this problem?
