How long can court "recitals be ignored"?

Does anyone know how long court recitals can be ignored? I haven’t seen my 19 month old daughter for almost a year. We have been to court 4 times and my ex ignores the recitals (not orders). Last time out she couldn’t get childcare so there was no final contested hearing. She ignores Social Services.

I am becoming so despondent with everything. I joined the usual F4J and FnF but I don’t like the hardline and sometimes misogynistic approach so I would rather not go there anymore.

I read forums and mums having to make their children available for abusive dads and I have never done anything wrong. I go to work and look after other peoples children but I can’t see my daughter.

I pay £500.00 a month CMS because however my ex treats me has no bearing on my desire to pay for my daughter.

I can’t move on with my life I am just stuck in limbo without her ☹
