We have a long running neighbour from hell situation, and police have opened a harassment investigation, police have asked for our log going back three years and we have specifically been asked for any CCTV or footage of them directly abusing us, and we've found that we only have one, because a) we are never primed and ready to record with mobiles and b) they're sneeky bastards who know where all the CCTV blind spots are.
We do have witnesses though, and police say they will knock on a few doors. How likely is it that this will go anywhere? we're not feeling very positive due to what we think is our lack of evidence, just wondered if anyone had any experience of this kind of thing.
