Neighbour smoking cannabis

I live in a small block of flats, I own the leasehold. One of the neighbours smokes cannabis and the common areas smell. They have been asked to stop but still smoke from time to time. Is there anything the other neighbours and I can do or that the freeholders can do? I don’t know if the smoker is a tenant or owner

Could you club together and buy them this?

Try £3 on the land registry to see if you get a different address for the property owner. Or Google it to see if a rental ad comes up on Rightmove. If this reveals a tenancy the landlord needs to know, but it will be at least 18 months even if they want to take action due to the eviction ban ( druggie charter).

If the dealers start coming you'll get the violence and nuisance, but the above still applies.

Druggie and mortgage are not normally paired, but in that case even less to be done. Sorry.
