Hi,
At the start of last year my ex partner was arrested for attacking me (in front of child) and damaging property. He was released with bail conditions until the trail (next month) where I am witness.
During the summer he broke his bail conditions by contacting me and attempting suicide in my garden because I wouldn't get back with him.
I reported him for that and all was quiet until the end of last year where he contacted me again, was very abusive and threatened to kill my current partner and I if I reported him again. I was 8 months pregnant at this point and very unwell so, to save further trouble and for a quiet life, I didn't report him for breaking his bail conditions AGAIN.
Now I'm concerned that if this come up in court that I will get in trouble for not reporting him. I doubt he will have told his lawyer but who knows...so now I'm worried it will get me in trouble.
Can anyone put my mind at rest or offer advice?
