Interim contact. Domestic abuse

Hi all.
Has anyone ever had an ex partner have interim supervised contact when there's been allegations of domestic abuse and pd12j has been engaged?, ex was initially told no contact by cafcass due to the high level of abuse and safeguarding risks. But he was granted interim contact supervised in the community but he was misbehaving so I breached the order because my safety was at risk. We went back to court last week and he was given every other week in a contact centre because I proposed it.. The judge was ready to order no contact or indirect but because my application to vary was being heard at the same hearing the judge granted what I proposed.. I didn't want to not propose anything at all because I didn't want to appear not child focused and also didn't want to risk the judge making an order for contact to continue in the community.. Cafcass were at the hearing and stood very very firmly on no contact. Judge saw right through my ex and said I didn't have to offer anything at all. Just a bit worried now he's having interim contact. It's pending a fact finding and section 7. Im fairly certain findings will be made against him as every authority knew about the abuse and DD and I had to relocate with the assistance of child protection..
If he's already having supervised contact and findings are made against him and the section 7 uncovers all the abuse and the fact I'm terrified of him and he doesn't know where we live.. What's likely to happen?, my solicitor said my case is so unpredictable and things she thought weren't going to happen have happened.. So she can't say for certain.

If your solicitor can't predict what may happen, how can strangers on the internet?

Will he pay for the supervised contact, do you think?

We've been ordered to split the cost.
