Has anyone been an executor of a will that involves a lifetime right for a partner (not married) to stay in the house, separate bank accounts apart from a joint one for household bills?
Does it make things more complicated/difficult to sort out?
The partner is likely to be difficult, would be unable to manage in the house alone but considers the equity in the house total to be insufficient for the property they'd wish to live in.
