What happens if someone breaks a court order regarding child right before Christmas, for no reason? Leaving the child and other side of the family with no contact! Tia

The same as happens at any other time. You can apply to the courts for enforcement action.

That won't make any difference for Christmas, of course, but it may deter the other parent from breaking the order again.

Sorry, should have said it has been submitted! But it seems mother’s rarely get any sanctions for this type of thing? This is the second time it’s happened! So cruel.

It is becoming more common for the courts to take enforcement action but I agree that it can take a very long time before they do anything effective.
