How to find adoption case law

I'm in an unusual situation and am trying to find similar cases but I'm having no luck on google.

Can anyone help me find any cases where a child was adopted by their foster carer but the foster carer's details weren't disclosed to the birth parents because they knew the foster carer's address and it would have put the children at risk?

Thank you for replying Line.
I've searched on there using the key words anonymous, adoption and foster carer but so many results have come up and I can't think of a way to narrow the search down to get more relevant results.

Anonymous, adoption, safety, non-disclosure of address, parents etc. You just have to do a lot of reading.

You could ask for a legal opinion from a direct access barrister. If you have some spare cash.

There is a book Bromley's Family Law which if you can get hold of it may help. The alternative is to pay a solicitor specialising in this area for a short appointment. I can refer you to one I know in the south east who specialises in adoption and surrounding issues. Just PM me.
