Desperate for help re Child Arrangements

Very briefly...Left a marriage in 2014 due to coercive control +++. It wasn't recognised and 50/50 shared care awarded of boys who were 3 and 6 at the time.

I have been taken back to Court time and time again re custody of our boya. He is now applying for a lot more.

Judge ordered a psychological report for both parents and the two children recently.

However, it is riddled with factual inaccuracies. As in not a "he said / she said" scenario, but factual untruths.

Do I have a right to challenge it and if so, to whom do I address this?

I've only slept half an hour in two days.

Please help Smile

You need to talk to your solicitor and appoint a barrister for the court hearing. The reports will be questioned in court. You would have to establish facts vs opinions. The judge will look to do what’s best for your DC.
