Spanish usufruct

This is very much a long shot, but does anyone understand the details of usufructs in Spanish property? My question is, if there are three properties in Spain (all 3 with £100k each), and the wife has a usufruct over 1/3 of the estate, would she have rights over all three properties, eg 1/3 over all of them, or would her usufruct sit on only one. In the example I’ve given, there is no will (to specify where the usufruct sits) as it’s under Spanish intestacy.

It states “ the estate” on this website link so I would assume that’s 1/3 of each

Thank you for your reply. I've endlessly googled and still never found that specific one! So then, when calculating the usufruct, would you use £300k or £100k.

The calculation is 89-widows age = a percentage to multiply estate by.
Eg 89-69=20
20%x100,000= 20,000

If it's based on 300k rather than 100k, how would a calculation of a full usufruct be different? I appreciate this is probably not your area of law and probably don't know the answer.

Sadly not but Mariscal abogados seems a reputable law firm so you could reach out to them?
