Asking for a friend who openly mocks my Mumsnet addiction. Please don't disappoint me now ladies!!
My friend's daughter BF was arrested and released on bail 2 weeks ago. He cannot find his bail papers and thinks his family have thrown them away (long history of interfering and not respecting privacy.) He's now terrified in case he ends up in custody over Christmas as he can't produce them. Is this likely?
