This is a follow-on to my thread:

So I have an enforcement action against me for driving in a bus lane on 1 January; I am appealing against the enforcement action but willing to pay the basic fine. Meantime the bailiff is trying to apply pressure for me to pay the enforcement costs in full by saying that "the case is set for further enforcement action".
But my house is locked up, my car is locked in the garage (with a battery immobiliser and a flat tyre) and the whole lot has a burglar alarm which takes pictures if triggered. I have no assets at all outside the house.
His office confirmed by phone that he cannot break into the house by force. I am not in the country and not expecting to be for at least 3-6 months now.
So just what can he actually do?
