Just wonder if anybody has experience of an executor, emptying a deceased relatives bank, buildings society accounts etc., so far the executor has failed to account for approximately 50K. Interested to hear of the outcome, currently the other executor is using a solicitor who specialises in contentious probate. It’s further complicated, because the executor (who has emptied the accounts), lives between the UK and a European country.
