Took out a contract on 13th July, cancelled on 14th. Phone returned. Was told I would have to wait 28 days for a CHEQUE! after 5 weeks I started to chase. cheque arrived I paid it in and 2 weeks later the bank returned it. It had been stopped. No one can tell me why. Many more calls and emails to customer services. I was assure a refund would be in my account on the 8th September. Bank statement arrived and guess what no refund. Customer services are now looking into it. I just don't know what else to do. Have posted on all their social media and emailed CEO. How do I get my money back? Any ideas
