Old Bailey Public Gallery

Hi,
There is a trial I am very interested to attend due to start at the Old Bailey tomorrow.
But I can't find much information.
Is the public gallery open? If the trial is held by video (will it be?) is it available for the public to view?
And if I can go to the Old Bailey is it true that I cannot have my phone in my bag? Tricky for getting into town and the rest of the day, but rules is rules.
If a trial is set to last 5 weeks does it get going immediately or is there lots of procedural and legal stuff first?
Thank you.

The Old Bailey website has details for visitors. It is true that you can't take your phone in; but if I remember correctly the website mentions a café nearby which will look after it. Trials tend to be a bit stop-start, so it's difficult to predict when the "meaty" bits will be.

Not sure if public gallery is open at the moment.
Re mobile phones - there is an agreement with the travel agent 2 minutes down the road who "babysit" your phone for £1
