Section 7 report - confidentiality

Could someone give me some advice on whether it is possible to give information in a Section 7 report to the local authority?

Last year, my DC's dad applied for direct contact and as part of the proceedings a Section 7 report was made. The proceedings are now finished and CAFCASS has closed the case (no direct contact granted) but I was wonderng if there's way for the local authority to access the Section 7 report.

My DC has SEN and I've applied for an EHCP, plus am looking at regular school provisions that would meet their needs, in case the EHCP isn't given. The Section 7 report as a lot of information on the social circumstances of our family that I think would help with both processes, but I understand it's confidential. And am now kicking myself I didn't ask CAFCASS for help with this when the case was still open, obviously.

Is there a way I or the local authority directly can ask CAFCASS for access to the report, maybe just the parts about the children?
