Identifying signature on divorce petition

I've just had the statement of support for my Decree Nisi through the post. My solicitor has asked me to sign it if it's all correct, but it asks about whether I can identify the signature on the acknowledgement of service as that of my STBXH. I can't, because I haven't seen a copy of the acknowledgement. Is this important? Should I just send it back to my solicitor signed (but without ticking the box to confirm I have identified it) and assume my solicitor will sort this?
I want to get this done as quickly as possible.

Leave the box blank. I would imagine the reason you haven't seen a copy is that your ex has a solicitor who has signed the acknowledgement on his behalf. If that is the case none of the boxes should be ticked.

Thank you for your advice. I don't think my ex has a solicitor. He was very against me using one.
