Breast pumps in oman

No idea if I’m posting this in the right place so please let me know if there is somewhere better! I have sold my breast pump on eBay but the buyer is in Oman! I think I’m happy to post it there as they will pay for postage but I just wanted to check there are no regulations or anything about sending medical devices there? Don’t want to accidentally break the law! Any advice appreciated. Thank you.

Your best bet might be to email the embassy and ask

Breast pump as in a sex toy or for breastfeeding? Anyway it will be buyer that breached the country's laws. They would seize it at customs and contact them if illegal.

If posting something abroad and the customs people ask the buyer for customs duty and she doesn’t pay she doesn’t receive her item. So does that mean that she can raise a dispute with you and get all her money back as she hasn’t received it, meanwhile you have to pay to get your item returned so you are well out of pocket? I don’t know.

I don’t post out of the U.K. because I don’t know how this works.

If they sell breast pumps in Oman why in earth is she buying from eBay hundreds of miles away?

I’m not liking this. Something makes me uneasy but I don’t know what.

I hope a more experienced seller will be along soon to advise!
