I emailed the court asking for my court order but they emailed me someone else's?

This is dpa can I sue?

No. The breach affects someone else's data, not yours. You have therefore not suffered any material damage. You could, in theory, get compensation if you can show that this has caused you distress, but it is unlikely to be worth pursuing.
