Self representation....HELP?

Hi

I'm due at court (via telephone) this month for the 100th time as exp is controlling as ever and put YET another form into court to change the interlocutor we have for our child who is now 9 years old.

I feel he's done this simply becomes I am taking him to court over the child maintenance he hasn't paid in over 5 years now but that's by the by.

We are sick of having to pay money for court because of exp trying to make my life difficult so I'm going it along this time but I can't seem to find any advice online about self representing at court.

I basically just need to lodge some answers or an affidavit, but I don't know which is best? And if I go for the affidavit...who signs it to make it 'official'? Or does it even need to to be signed by anyone at all?

Any help would be MASSIVELY appreciated Smile
