Consumer rights - freezer

I hope there is someone on here who can advise. I've never posted on this board before.
We have an integrated Liebherr freezer with an ice maker. There isn't anything similar on the market, which is why we bought it when we did our kitchen, about 5 years ago now. Since it was installed, it has broken at least 5 times (we've lost count). Each time, Liebherr technicians have come out to fix it under warranty, although last time they came, we had to pay something towards it. They said that the payment was because they were putting in a different part that would last longer. It has now broken again. The whole ice making part doesn't work. It is clearly going to continue to break, every time we get it fixed, and at some point (probably this time) they will tell us that they can no longer fix it under warranty. They have continued to do so each time so far, because each time it has been within a year of the last break. Are we within our rights at this stage to demand a refund? As it happens, we would rather have the working freezer. There isn't an alternative integrated freezer with an ice-maker, so if we have to replace it, we won't have an ice maker again, which is annoying. But it looks like it's coming to that. Can anyone advise on our rights when we contact them again this time?

If you google it this seems to be a common point of repeated failure
