I have court coming up and my ex has submitted his 'side' and he has not give any evidence to deny the allegations I put forward. He has lied throughout the statement and I have texts with dates and time to prove this. He left it until the last day and I do not have time to submit this to the court. He has had over 6 weeks to send it to the court and he left it 48 hours before(Wednesday). I only received his statement Friday. Which is not even 24 hours before the court hearing(Tuesday). I feel this has been very underhand so I cannot provide proof agaisnt his statement, like he has had the chance to do so with mine.
I dont have a solicitor because I have a DAA(domestic abuse advisor) who i have been working closely for months. Who will be supporting me during the court hearing. Even with his evidence he only puts snippets in of conversation to make out Im being dishonest but further down is truth behind the conversation. He has not dated anything in his statment as he does not have dates or proof because he is lying.
Im petrified of this man and Im very heavily pregnant.
Please can any help and advise what will happen, I want the judge to obviously rule in my favour or postpone it so I can provide this evidence.
